Thrive Aqua
Aqua fitness is essentially any form of activity, performed in water, which contributes to mental and physical health and wellbeing. It can be performed in varying depths of water, to varying levels of intensity, based on the fitness and capabilities of each individual participant.
Thrive Aqua also specialises in Aquatic Trainings and Workshops for instructors to upskill and gain new ideas to bring to their classes.
Thrive Fit
Strength, Dance & Mobility sessions that are suitable for ALL body types. We have a range of active sessions and work to support each individual on achieving their personal goals. Did you know that your physical strength and flexibility increases when you strengthen your mind body connection?
Thrive Mind
Enjoy taking time to slow down in our stretch, yoga or pilates sessions and ultimately restore your nervous system. You may also wish to indulge yourself in one of our Guided Meditation sessions. Incorporating Breathwork that will instantly uplift your mood, cleanse your soul and rebuild your mind body connection leaving you feeling deeply nourished and rested.

A combination of movement, mindset, spirituality, wellness and community sessions where you will experience a transition from stress and fear into a state of self acceptance, self love, compassion and mindfulness.
