Cancellation Policy

A grace period of 60 minutes prior to the start of a class you are offered the opportunity to cancel the session. This can be done on-line or sending a text message to the relevant trainer. If you have pre-paid for the session and wish to request a refund please contact Thrive Mind Body & Soul via email on thrivemindbodyandsoul@outlook.com

No shows in classes or events are not refundable and non-transferable to another date unless otherwise agreed with the Owners in writing.

Thrive Mind Body & Soul may from time to time, cancel a class session due to insufficient participant numbers. All registered participants will be given a minimum of 2 hours notice and no charge will be issued to the participants and refunds processed for upfront payments accordingly.
